Bananaberry Smoothie
(With 2 fruits and 1 calcium rich food)
Ask your parents for help to
put the following in a blender:
* 1/2 frozen banana
* 3/4 cup of your favorite frozen berries, rinsed
* 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
Blend for 30 to 60 sec. until smooth
Pour in a tall glass and enjoy!
Plan ahead: keep extra peeled bananas sliced in half
and your favorite berries in a plastic container in the freezer.
